Terms of Service

Welcome to Google Flow Music. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Google Flow Music website and studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must sign in with a supported account provider to use the studio. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • Credits included with a plan refresh each billing cycle. Additional top-up credits are available on paid plans while your subscription is active.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and materials you submit, and of the songs, videos and other output you create with your account, subject to the rights and licenses of underlying model providers. You grant us the limited rights we need to operate the Service, for example to store, process and display your creations back to you and to render the features you use.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to infringe others’ intellectual property, including by impersonating artists or generating content that violates someone’s rights.
  • Do not probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or attempt to access it through automated means other than our official interfaces.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features, credits rules and model versions over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Google Flow Music is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
